1.  Complete the inquiry form below or contact us via phone or email to confirm availability for your event date. 

2.  Set up a tour to view the space or view all the amazing images on social media!

3.  Love it? Time to book!  We require a security deposit, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the rental fee and a signed agreement in order to secure the date. The remainder will be due 90 days before your event.  For events within 90 days, 100% of the rental fee is due. 

4.   Start planning! We're happy to share our list of preferred vendors we love to partner with. Get ready for an epic event at The Urban Fire House!
